I presented at the Microsoft Architects Forum on Monday. I was on just after lunch, but only counted one slumbering delegate. My best moment came during the Q&A session at the end: Q: How do you deal with big egos in extreme programming teams? A: I was promoted People who work with me probably wouldn't laugh at that, but the crowd thought I was being self effacing. I spent some time talking about modelling languages, my masters project and DSLs with Stuart Kent afterwards. I think the guys at msft are cooking up something special with their software factories work in Visual Studio. |
